How to filter logs by user?​

Steps:

  1. Open the Event Log Viewer screen from the management tools.
  2. Locate the filtering section at the top of the screen.
  3. Select the User field and enter the desired username.
  4. Click Apply to view only the logs associated with that user.

How to filter logs by event type?​

Steps:

  1. Open the Event Log Viewer screen.
  2. In the filter section, find the Event Type dropdown.
  3. Choose one or more event types you want to view (e.g., Login, Error).
  4. Click Apply to see filtered results.

How to use the search box to find specific logs?​

Steps:

  1. Go to the Event Log Viewer screen.
  2. Locate the search box above the log list.
  3. Enter keywords related to the event you are looking for.
  4. Press Enter to filter and display matching log records.
